Happy International Women’s Day. This post is not meant to blame women for the world’s chaos but rather, to emphasise the importance of women being able to understand and embrace the Yin-Yang principles properly. The emphasis needs to be noted as women have been conditioned to be selfless, prioritising others’ needs and abandoning theirs. Not to mention many of them are still expected to be quiet when it comes to receiving pain, abuse, and restriction in various aspects of their lives.

2+2 is 4… but so is 2.5+1.5; All roads lead to Rome
I’ve been wanting to write about how religious and spiritual people can have cult-like enthusiasm when it comes to spreading their beliefs and promising a happy life. Heck, even I can get into that enthusiasm too at times.Â
Happy International Women’s Day 2023
It’s International Women’s Day today. Many believe it’s time to stop celebrating International Women’s Day as it only creates unnecessary hostility between genders.
But instead of focusing on the hostility, why don’t we see it as a day to celebrate how women’s rights have progressed so far, from being oppressed to having some freedom to choose?

The Problem with the Golden Rule
The Golden Rule is a life philosophy that states “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” From Hinduism, Buddhism, Judaism, Christianity, Islam, to Baháʼà Faith and many other religious and spiritual teachings, the Golden Rule seems to be the be-all-end-all approach for life. Social Media: How to Use It to Your Advantage
These days, there have been many articles suggesting that we have a social media break. Or even further: delete our social media accounts altogether. My personal opinion about social media has been the same since 2008: it’s like a sharp knife. Just because it’s a sharp knife doesn’t mean it’s dangerous. Should You Have Children: Traditionalist Parents, Childfree and Antinatalism Point of Views
Why do people want to have children? Why don’t people want to have children? In this post, I’d like to share what I’ve observed so far about the views of the Traditionalist parents, childfree supporters, and the Antinatalist community on whether or not people should have children. I will also share my personal view after the observation.
What to Do When Your Parent(s) Hate/Dislike You
The topic of parents hating their children or vice versa has been taboo. All parents are expected to love their children unconditionally and so are the children. Through this post, I hope I can shed some light on this unpopular topic, about what to do when your parents hate/dislike you.
Happy International Women’s Day 2021
Happy International Women’s Day. A day to celebrate how women’s rights have progressed so far, from being oppressed to having some freedom to choose. Women now have equal right to vote, to own and manage properties and business despite their marital status.
Why Telling “Don’t Judge” Does Not Work
We often hear people say “Don’t judge” but do we, and do they, really look at others without judging? Be honest. And then it doesn’t just stop at “Don’t judge”, the general advice would extend to, “be compassionate”.
