Refund and Replacement Policy

Refund or Replacement

You are entitled to choose a refund or replacement for damaged products. You have 14 days of the delivery date (as indicated on the tracking number) to apply for a refund or replacement.

Procedure

All refund or replacement requests are to be applied by filling in and submitting the form online here on this page.

Should you choose a refund, we will refund 100% of the money you paid to us.

Should you choose a replacement, we will replace the product for free as soon as possible.

A clear picture will have to be emailed to us when submitting the refund/replacement request form. We take pictures of all our products before mailing them. Therefore, if we believe that the damage seems to come from another source, and not from our negligence, we will not proceed with the refund or replacement.

Exclusions

We do not give a refund or replacement when any of the following conditions apply:

  • Digital products
  • you simply change your mind about a product
  • you ordered the wrong product
  • you found the similar product cheaper elsewhere
  • you found a better product elsewhere
  • you were aware of the relevant fault before buying the product as indicated in any photos or descriptions of the item online. For example, the colour difference due to different screen settings and types on your laptop, tablet, mobile phone, or other devices.
  • you damaged the product in any way – for example, you handle/open the packaging carelessly
